Food Truck Vendor Registration

Please click the link to register as a Food Truck Vendor at the Evans Mills Centennial Celebration on September 10, 2022 at the Jack Williams Community Park. Vendors should plan on arriving no earlier than 7 am. For your information:   The 5K Fun Run starts at 8 am.  The parade is at 10 am.  We would like all food vendors ready to start selling no later than 1030 am.  The craft fair will run from 10 am - 4 pm. There are children's games from 12-2 and a softball game at 2.  We would like food trucks to remain on site until 6pm.  Vendors should not pack up earlier (unless the weather is really bad). You will be required to submit Workers Compensation, Disability, Liability or EXEMPT forms by September 1, 2022.
